No. We act as your single point of contact and coordinate the entire professional team, including architects, surveyors, geotechnical engineers, and environmental consultants, so you do not have to manage multiple contracts yourself. Although, if you already have hired an architect, we can coordinate with your architect and provide you any of the other professional services you require from us.
We do. Our team prepares and manages all Development Permit (DP) and Building Permit (BP) applications. We handle all City inquiries and revisions directly to ensure your project gets approved as quickly as possible.
